"Caribou"
The
imagery in my banner is copied
from a photo that was originally published in Canadian Geographic, of a
caribou.
It has been said
that “So go the caribou, so goes the north”. This painting reflects the
theme of the spirit of the north and I am personally connected to this
imagery because the Red Lake district is recognized as the “gateway to
Woodland Caribou Park”.
